Zrób sobie sam/DYI

Dzisiaj pokażę wam zaproszenia, ale bynajmniej nie zrobione przeze mnie. Zacznę od krótkiego wstępu - jestem chyba wyrodną matką, bo moje dziecię, sztuk jeden, lat prawie sześć, codziennie słyszy "zrób to sam". Pościel łóżko, wypierz skarpetki, podlej kwiatki, wyczyść buciki. Nie inna padła odpowiedź na "mamo, zrób mi zaproszenia na urodziny". Fakt, nożyka do ręki nie dałam, i przycięłam sama papier który wybrał Junior, ale do reszty elementów dostał maszynkę i kręcił :), stemple, tusz, klej w łapki - nawet nie za bardzo ubabrane wyszły -  i kosteczki 3D. Voila, oto efekt prawie 6 godzin pracy i tysiącpińcetstodziewieńcet pytań "mama, a to tak może być?". "I nawet nic nie mówiłem, że mi się nudzi!" :P

Today I'm gonna show you a set of birthday invitations - but not of my doing. Let me begin with a little explanation - my son, aged almost six, is slave-driven for housework. Do this, do that, make your bed, wash your socks, clean your shoes etc. So when he decided he needs invitations for his birthday party, I just said - DYI! Being afraid of what may happen to the table and the rest of the furniture, I didn't let the youngster use craft knife and cut the papers he chose by myself, but then I just dumped a bunch of stamps, inks, dies and a tube of glue on his desk and only hoovered above. It took him almost 6 hours and a quadryllion of questions of "how does it look like/work"  to make this set, including the inside deco, but I'm really proud - and dead bored....
